We have over 25 years catering, hospitality and service experience, 

 

Our Chef Joe has vast experience expanding across multiple food lead businesses & roles within. His passion for food started within his family run bistro pub, hidden within the peaceful Yorkshire Dales. Later venturing across Yorkshire: Harrogate, Sheffield, Bradford & Leeds working within a selection of hotels, independent Rossett restaurants & 5* bistro pubs, he perfected his skills creating & producing fresh & locally sourced menus. Wanting to expand his knowledge & broaden his career with food, he made the move to the Big Smoke. Working on new restaurant openings, heading Group Food Operations & Menu Development in Central London, Joe has led a variety of industry leading food trends. Winning Vegan & Halal Awards 2019, London Restaurant Of The Year 2019 & Japanese Peruvian New London Restaurant.
